At first, we will work in a synchronized way doing the same work on the both sides of the body, mirroring like. Later on one of the therapist starts to work on the upper body while the other one works on the lower body and we swap and change our actions. This is the moment when your mind might get lost in a track of all strokes. After this little confusion brain usually decides to surrender of keeping the attention on hands working on on your body and simply lets go.
